Careers on Rivers
With more than 34 years in the hospitality and cruise industry, Josef Fleissner will be leading the culinary module of the AMADEUS Academy. He is currently in charge of the dining experience on 12 vessels of our awarded AMADEUS Fleet.
Joe has extensive experience in the education field and trained young chefs to produce cutting edge food according to ACF requirements at the wellrecognized SWISSAM Hospitality Business and Culinary Arts School in St. Petersburg. He is convinced that “a well-educated and trained crew is certainly the base of a well-performing company”.
